Mvp+ only getting 500 ahour

Hi I later for mvp+ and I only get 500 per hour when I need to get 1000 a hour can anyone help?

Hi there,
Your MVP+ is not bugged
MVP+ gets 500 per half hour
500+500=1000 per hour
