Will I get Banned?

So, i already submitted a report on a player on Pandahut #6, i was playing an met a player i played with before and she had a group with her. It was fine up until the 20 min mark when she bought a car and started FLYING!! and it was a rainbow hatchback. So i Pulled out OBS and started recording ready to make report. I felt i needed more footage so, i asked if she was hacking but she claims it was rainbow hatchback, it wasnt. so i played along and recorded tons of footage. Then as i was writting report some guy killed me and so i told her where he was at, and i tped to her. Well quess what she did, She started flying again and went to kill the guy. so, after this i felt terrible that she killed him/her not legit so i left the server and added this guy we killed to friends and asked him if he wanted his stuff back and if he wanted to be witness of report. he just kept saying Reported, and said bye and didnt anwser. I kept asking him if he wanted stuff back but didn't reply. So i feel bad for this person even though i wasn't the one hacking, i wanted to know if i would get banned. i have footage of the person flying the car and i feel bad for the situation. would i be temp banned for this?
