When i try to join the server i get stuck in a loading screen

It's not just server 2 honestly. Ever since the new update came out the servers have been having issues with being stuck in loading screens. Might have to just wait till Nelson puts out a hotfix, and hopefully it's soon.

I'll have a talk with the owners and get this fixed ASAP. It might be, as arashi said, a unturned problem.
