VAC Ban on pandahut 13 and I didn't deserve it pls help

I got vac banned because a moderator or hacker got on and made me invincible to dying on pandahut 13. I couldn't die so I auicided and it worked I could die again but a moderator vac banned me anyway. I was very confused and wanna play very bad can I pls be unbanned. BTW I am a MVP + so why would I try and cheat to get banned it just doesn't make sense.
