Hello, recently my son made two purchases using my credit card, without permission. I was hoping it would be possible to get a refund for those purchases. They were both of $10, using this account. Here are their transaction ID's: 22T40815EB566822W and 23D99374JU5676613.

All purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise in accordance with our Refund Policy, found at http://pandahut.net/UserAgreement/.

Our records show that all in-game Bamboo (credits) received from this purchase have been spent. Once you have already used your purchased goods, refunds cannot be refunded.

Our User Agreement states that you are responsible for the security of your own personal accounts and we cannot be held liable for such incidents.
