Ok, so i was on Pandahut #10 and some guys runs to me while i was building a base, and arrests me for unlicensed guns, so what i was going to do was drop my gun and i equiped it by mistake, dude out of no where kills me and i was told thats fair, i remember when i did something like that its kos cause i had no chat warnings, so this guy didnt give a single chat warning.

If at any point you equip a gun during an arrest, robbery or kidnapping then you are subject to being KOS'd no matter if it was by accident or not. If during the time the police officer didn't have the time to type the message since you pulled out a gun then that I suppose is fair as well time does matter and it does take a few seconds to type out the warning.
