Alright, so this is my first time posting something on the forums. I just bought an upgrade from VIP+ to MVP today. When I logged on I noticed I was only given 220,000 bamboo rather than 400,000. Can you guys help or solve this problem?

You aren't given another 400,000, you are just given the amount of bamboo added onto your account from your former balance. So you had 180,000 before you donated for MVP, that is why you only received 220,000. 180,000 + 220,000 = 400,000.

Hello!

This is because the bamboo is added onto the bamboo that you already had. As you can see the VIP+ Rank gives you 180,000 bamboo this means with MVP you get the 220,000 that you stated in the post there for equaling 400,000.
