I payed for an upgrade from VIP+ to MVP

I payed for this upgrade and it said I would get 200k bamboo on RP servers and I only got 100k. It would be nice if I could get my bamboo.

I also did not get my 400k for pvp.

Which server did you join in order to receive your pvp money? Join a server like pandahut 1 and see if you received your bamboo.
As for your RP money you upgraded from vip+ to mvp which means you will receive 100k because the mvp rank awards 200k upon purchase but because you upgraded instead of flat out buying it therefore you received mvp bamboo - vipplus bamboo else you would be able to just upgrade from vip until mvpplus and get more bamboo than somebody just flat out buying mvpplus, do you understand what I mean? I greatly appreciate your support towards our community and I apologise that you were unware of this.
