legit cant play no matter what.

I need my damn player data reset, I'm perm banned off of TS so I can't even get fucking help and admins don't respond on steam no matter if you were to spam them or wait 20 years.
On pvp servers I literally cannot play, It's been happening for like a week now and it's really gay. Long story short, only #10 is playable to me, and I need my player data to be reset. Anything you can think of, done it. Was in ts with some staff ( I'm banned now ) but they attempted to help me and nothing at all worked. It's not an issue with me, it's an issue to the server because I can play anything except pandahut pvp which is my main stuff. Only #10 is playable, not even 13. I'm at the point where I'm super pissed because I can't even play what I loved doing, and I have mvp+ and I've been playing on this server for a long time now. Mushy doesn't even respond on steam, neither does Ragnaros, so I'm at a complete standstill. I need my player data reset.
