I am trying to get MVP+ but I can't because PayPal says Sorry, we can’t complete your purchase at this time so now I don't know what to do and I really want to buy it

Greetings, are you sure you have enough money on your paypal account to complete the purchase? And is your paypal limited? If yes, youre unable to send payments with a limited account.

yes my paypal is limited but i have a credit card and I have no money in my PayPal account only my credit card

If you do a quick google search you'd find the following:

If you receive an email (at the email address you registered with PayPal) or get a message on your account saying your access has been “limited,” this means that you're not able to do certain things with your account, such as send money or withdraw your funds.
If you have a limited account you will not be able to send payments, are you sure you have a limited account? There's a difference between a
limited account and a
unverified account.
Please look into the steps PayPal needs you to follow in order to remove restrictions from your account.
