Hummingbird replacement

I disconnected from pandahut 13 due to server lag and my hummingbird crashed and blew up.can I get a replacement for that since it wasn't my fault or no?
There's no way for us to tell if you disconnected because of "Server Lag", for all we know you just "Disconnected" which could be you or the server but it is mostly the players connection to the server that is the problem. We can't refund your Hummingbird because everyone would just say "oh Yeah I disconnected while in my hind and it fell into the water".
