A) Warrants will be abusedThe way I have set up the punishments of crimes for this game and not reality. I feel this is way more practical because the crimes committed and crime rates are so different you cannot compare them.
B) Getting a moderator to remove buildings is not allowed. That's an OFFICER problem, not a moderator problem. We're only supposed to remove buildings if they are small and we have proper reason and authorization to do so.
I suggest you change these things. (I dont like the idea of kill warrants, as they're unrealistic. Irl you wouldn't be hunted and killed by any officer. You'd be hunted and eventually arrested, killing if necessary. They should really change it to arrest warrants).
Also, warrants.
Raiding in the past 5 minutes is also known as destruction of property, which is a max of 180 days and/or 1k fine. Restitution aside, I dont think you should have to be hunted down and killed by any new officer who just learned about warrants for it. Berry dealing is also known as narcotic trading, can last from a week to 10 years.
From WIkipedia:
It can be handed down for treason, espionage, murder, large-scale drug trafficking, or attempting to kill a witness, juror, or court officer in certain cases; but all inmates currently under federal death sentences were condemned for aggravated murder. Executions performed by the federal government are infrequent compared to those performed by state governments.[1][2]
Meaning that on the federal scale (meaning nation-wide law), only MURDERERS in federal prisons get executed. State wide though, if the crime is severe enough, you can get the sentence for large scale drug trafficking (Drug lord level), robbery, murder, treason, robbery, espionage, etc etc.
Simply dealing one berry does not count as large scale drug trafficking lol.
Attempted bribery should not count
Raiding should not count, as irl it is an arrest (depending on severity) and/or fine, and restitution.
Robbing is not a kill warrant, it is an arrest.
Arrest evasion is also not a kill warrant. It's called failure to comply.
Now, murder can be classified as a kill warrant. But if you killed during a raid/kidnap/rob, the part where you did it during an event should not count to the total price of the kill warrant.
There are many things under "Kill Warrant" that you could put onto another section called "Arrest Warrant".
“The individual has always had to struggle to keep from being overwhelmed by the tribe. If you try it, you will be lonely often, and sometimes frightened. But no price is too high to pay for the privilege of owning yourself.”
