In the upcoming days, you will be able to vote for the next Mayor of Washington! The ballot will start on the 6th of this month. This is not a voting thread, but a registration thread for those who want to run for Mayor. To all players who wish to apply for Mayor, remember that your application is one of the ways to gain support. You can also try some of the tips listed below.

• Be friendly to those in-game
• Set up promotional signs
• Give out items
• All these can gain your support and votes when the ballot is published!

Why do you want to become this certain rank?: i see no responsibility and time and effort given to the people by the previous mayors, but i want to change that.
How will you be helpful to the community by receiving the Mayor rank?: i would actually listen to the people, and i will also do everything i can to help the people, not just the people i know, everyone
Have you been banned from Pandahut before? If yes, why?: i was globally banned once for my mistake, i tried to make a joke but it went awfully wrong

What will you spend the money that you're being given a mayor for?: Helping the towns and cities of Washington and new citizens
How will you help people with the permissions you're given as a mayor?(Builder and constructor permissions): i would build houses for the poor and the rich, i would look into everyones requests , not just the people i know again.

Why do you want to become this certain rank?: Because I am willing to make Washington better and thrive for everyone happiness, I'd like to improve it more than already it is, I've never had such a position before and I thought I'd give it a try, more experience, and knowledge honestly.
How will you be helpful to the community by receiving the Mayor rank?: First of all, I'd set up a few homeless shelters, and make a few business contracts with some people and start providing food and water for free, hire a few farmers for supply for the poor people and offer free houses to the poor people and overall fund them if it's within my capabilities and of course thrive for everyone happiness and take all the feedback and try to overall improve the city itself.
Have you been banned from Pandahut before? If yes, why?: I've had a few bans, one of them was fail-rp, another one was revengekos when I was new and there was a kos ban which I got unbanned from it already but it's still on my record.
Do you know all the rules for the RP server?: Yes I do.
What will you spend the money that you're being given a mayor for?: On all the ideas stated above, I'd use my money in a way that it can be constructive for the city, and I'd think beforehand and make sure that everything is done correctly and always make sure to never spend money for personal gain or reasons.
How will you help people with the permissions you're given as a mayor?(Builder and constructor permissions): I will provide electricity, build shops and hotels and of course homeless shelters, overall try to increase the roleplay itself in the server.
