Change applications questions

Its been years since anyone has changed the way people answer staff applications, I believe a change is needed on them instead of seeing zero effort staff apps. Make the questions more suitable for situations and all different scenarios. Don't make it 5+ questions of just agreeing make it questions that have no easy answer but at the same time many easy answers.
