I have been building a small carpark lately, and had just made a small office where people would be able to come in and pay for their park (the office had a birch door so I wouldn't have to keep opening it, there was no loot in there anyway), then drive up the ramp and park their car. However, I logged off and when I come back, there's a guy (Sgt.Rambo I'm looking at you) spamming the door and going into my base. At this point I have given him atleast 5 warnings to leave.
Then, he spawns in his kit, and types in chat and I see he is an MVP. I don't shoot him because he is probably friends with a mod and will get me banned for defending my base. He then proceeds to put a bedroll down in the middle of my office, saying that because I didn't have a bedroll in there he was allowed to claim the office as his own, and tells me to get out or he'll kill me.
I go license my guns, because if I kill him now the cops will arrest me because I had an unlicensed Maplestrike. I come back, and place a metal door down to replace the birch one because he was logged off and I didn't want him stealing my base. Turns out he comes back and is stuck in the office and he cries to a mod saying that I locked him into his base. A mod teleports to him (not sure which mod) and basically says that because I had furnished the office, he couldn't just claim it. My game crashes, and I never get to talk to the mod. Rather than waiting an hour to get back into the server, by which time he will probably have claimed my entire base along with my friend's who's on the 2nd floor, I made an account to ask about the situation.
tl;dr - Sgt.Rambo came into my office for my carpark I've built, and says it's his base now. Checked rules again and there's nothing there about claiming a furnished, functioning base, but he thinks that he can just walk into it and claim it. Can he?
