My CDM incidents:

[*]On Road - Probably caused by lag, most likely not intentional / Player Warned to drive more carefully / TP Player back (All though if your on the road, it's your fault, and technically shouldn't be tp'd back / Refund.
[*]Off Road - Also probably not intentional / Player Warned to drive more carefully / TP Player back / Refund
[*]On/Off Road - Multiple People ran over / Instant ban for driver.
[*]After being warned and runs over another player / Driver banned for current (Not previous) CDM
