in washington #10 there is a poceli prison for alll of the cops in town so we wana make a place like that for all of the "red" roles (Bandit, Kidaper , HitMan , Drug Lord) so it wont be a base there will be no loot insside it most of it already buileded its on the Bellevue Golf Course it will have a place where you can guy some food
and maybe a few more sops of guns and drugs in the (buileing it self) and it will count as a base of everyone that is working there (for exapmle the chef in food place) and of course every bandit's kidnaper's hitmand's and drug lord's baseso is some one is trying to raid it everyon of them can protect it . and the main people of the buileding will get rank similar to the police ranks and will folow orders of the hire ranks.
i think that this kind of thinkg will add alot to the game the expirince of being a bandit in general.
