Is there anyway you can message people on PH forums? I want to talk to people (ComputerFan, RageQuit), but Im not friends with them on steam.

If you press your name in the top right corner and press control panel you should see a tab saying 'Private Message' then go on from there!

what ben said plus this trick:
if you want to Quote something the person said and PM him about this (wiht the PM topic being the post) you press on the forums profile picure and then you clikc on the small gray button bottom right of the thing that pops up
if you just want to send a normal PM about anything else you press on his/her name then it will send you to his profile bio and you press on "send private masseag"
