Charges are officially legal for police captains, and rcmp captains, they remain illegal to all ranks, only captains may use them for kidnappings and police raids, captains also should be able to buy the charges if not I will get that fixed, if you are caught using them for a thing else you will be punished by receiving a demotfrom your rank, police may not use charges unless a captain lets them for that time, please put feedback in comments.
