So I was playing on the RP server the other day and I robbed someone (I typed "robbery get out of the car!" as while i was typing robbery he hopped in his car). He did not stop his car after the area chat warning and after me saying "get out of the car!" In voice chat, so I proceed to shoot his car until it catches fire. He then hops out of the car (no gun out or hands up) sprinting around and I kill him. I got in trouble with a mod and they said that while they're driving away from a robbery I have to give 3 warnings? I thought that since it was relating to a car driving away it would be the same as the rule about someone stealing your car, so in my mind 2 was enough. I had to give the dudes stuff back (what I still had of it because I scrapped most) but I don't think I was in the wrong. If I can get Rag to tell me if this is a rule (that I have to give 3 warnings for them to hop out if their car while they are driving away during a robbery) that would be great so I know in the future. Thanks.

Technically they are fleeing from a robbery so 1 should really be enough.

I got in trouble with Soul Hunter, he said that I did the wrong thing and I either give him his stuff back or be banned for KOS :(
