The time has come once again!
In the upcoming 7 days you will be able to vote for your Mayor of Washington! The ballot will start on the 5th of this month where you can vote for your desired mayor, this isn't a voting thread rather a registration thread for those who want to apply. All mayors who are apply remember this is one of the ways to gain support, to also gain support try these tips below

• Be friendly to those in-game
• Set up promotional signs
• Give out items

All these can gain your support and votes when the ballot is published!

I used to be a chief but then left for a day and rejoined police. I am also in the rppd

Why do you want to become this certain rank?: I left the police force from being chief for a couple of days as it is so unorganised. There is no police station, toll roads or ways for people to arrest others easily. I did prefer the roleplay idea of being police but lots of people didn't like me so I decided to take a break from police. I would like to improve this police force but as chief I didn't have any control over players who had just joined as police.

How will you be helpful to the community by receiving the Mayor rank?: I will create a proper police station. (not just say I'm going to and not make it happen). I will help with the rppd to build centres for them and make them the lead police group. I will stop police officers being allowed to destroy illegaly parked cars and make it so only chief+ can. I will be supporting the rppd group with 75% of my pay.This will allow them to gear up their team.

Have you been banned on pandahut before? If yes, why?: Yes a long time again for accidental kos.

What will you spend the money that you're being given a mayor for?: new police headquarters and security in the buildings.
I wil also be building kitchens for chefs to work in that will be for the newer people with a reputation of above -150
The houses I will be building will be for those with above -150 and will only cost $400 and I will be covering any costs of the building.

How will you help people with the permissions you're given as a mayor?(Builder and constructor permissions): I will build a homeless shelters, community centres to help kit new people out, and build a police centre. I will also be building larger houses outside of town for those with less money that wan't larger houses.

Why do you want to become this certain rank?: As mayor of 10 i have achieved so much such as helping to bring the police back. I have also helped out builders and all other roles in order to improve the economy. Washington needs stability & not another mayor who will resign. I have experience to deliver a secure future for all citizens.

How will you be helpful to the community by receiving the Mayor rank?: I acknowledge the criticisms of my previous administration and as mayor i will improve on them. I also intend to make a cabinet of ministers which will bring the much needed unity to Washington.

In my second term i will build even more buildings such as public prisons. I will also be making appartments and selling them cheaply to our fine citizens

Why do you want to become this certain rank?: Well three month's ago I was Mayor for server 10, but I was forced to resign and quit the community due to an Ex Admin who is no longer around. After three staff members requested I return here I am. I believe that someone who is older and mature is better for this role then some of the children running. Sorry no disrespect intended to the younger generation running for mayor. The community needs someone who is stable and won't get into trouble or make stupid laws up. Someone with good skills and exp as I was a previous Mayor who did a lot such as building Prison and Police Station 2x and parking structures for the community it's my belief that I could bring the slump we are in currently to a better start. Most Mayors focus on the Police Department and making them stronger, well this term I am focused on the citizens. My slogan "For The People By The People" should show that I am here for you all. If you vote for me I promise that changes will be made from a new Police Minister who does his job, to demoting officers who are not cutting the job. Right now we have chiefs, deputies, and captains who are not making the cut. I vow that these people will be demoted to a proper rank they can handle and also bring up new ranks to replace them by making votes . Also, some of the current laws are just plane stupid like allowing nudity come on people no one wants to see your junk LOL. Other laws will be removed such as the laws required to have permits for businesses you should be able to build and own a business without having to pay the Mayor!!! How will you be helpful to the community by receiving the Mayor rank?: I plan to donate 50k to the police department to expand them to help fight crime, and if more is needed I will donate more!!! Also, I plan to expand on the laws not as much as I did In the past but they will be fixed as the current laws are childish. Some of the people deserve a change. Also will hold a weekly meeting for the community on Discord to get suggestions and complaints from our citizens. It's time the citizens are heard and let them help make the community choices!!!

Have you been banned on pandahut before? If yes, why?: Yes, because I rage quit due to a previous admin trolling me none stop. I ended up banning my self but the ban does not uphold nor does it count as it was self issued.

Do you know all the rules for the rp server?: Yes, I am a Ex Mod and currently trying to get mod back..

What will you spend the money that you're being given a mayor for?: On the citizens of the city things like free gas, etc..
