Instead of complaining you can just supply those in charge of staff with a time of when kos was happening and staff members were not assisting, then I can simply check the time in the logs, confirm that kos was happening and punish every single staff that was on at that time but weren't bothering to deal with the situation. We're not able to be on 24/7 to know if the staff members are doing what they're expected to, hence why we use our players to help us out to ensure staff members are doing what we expect them to. PM me on the forums with the time of the incident and the timezone and I'll deal with it.

and ex #13 mod, and i'm gonna tell you an story
Before, like 2 years ago already, #10 came out, it was fucking crazy, the amount of people that there where on, but also, alot of people breaking rules
Then what has changed? You were a mod you should have known that this problem will never change

Unless someone comes up with a automated machine that can determined if it was KOS or not, and I highly dought that. Look at the other RP servers, they all have KOSers not just us. You put yourself in that mods shoes, people constantly spamming adminhelp for non-related issues, the stress, the annoyance, you can't even roleplay as your role anymore because you basically have to be on duty 24/7. It's not us its them
I was a mod, so i get on the mod shoes, and knows how stressfull it could be, but checking logs, is now easier than before to know if it was kos, before you didnt had /arrest or /rob, now you do, so with just checking at the logs for 5 mins, you could know, anyway, i know mods cant be 24/7 because we, you, got a life 2, so this is not just to ask admins/mods to do their work, if not, asking all the community, to act as one, caring about rules, following them, but also, mods, when you on, please deal with situations, i know is hard, but please

I have been experiencing this, and first hand I know people think the mods don't care. I have played when 3-4 mods are on, and they are ALL dealing with something. Sometimes it can take up to 5-10 minutes just to deal with one player because of all the situations that pile up. Recently, and by that I mean maybe 1 1/2 -2 weeks ago, KOS's started sky rocketing. I don't 100% know for sure why, but I think I have an idea. Players don't have a reason to stay for 3-4 years on RP because after a while, there's nothing that brings them back. And because of this, they are quitting. Due to the decrease of players, the slots are open for new players to join, ones who don't know the aspect of Pandahut RP. These new players think it's ok to KOS, and this causes a massive spike in the amount of situations that are happening all the time. What does annoy me though is that when players first join there is a message that shows up telling them to go to the website. Although, I can see how it can be ignored or not noticed if players are blowing up the chat.

Especially player reports, it makes it 10x easier when a report is made and something is done, then nobody telling anyone. I'm currenly working on Player reprts / ban appeals so they can be finished asap so it may change the "I cannot be bothered making a player report, it will take too long" stereotypical players

I know some situations can take longer, but someone rdming with roadkills for 30 minutes, saying they where accident, when he clearly went right to them, even if they where on the side way, it should be dealt first, and then other cases, that might be a confution or something

I like this, people should be encourage to report on forums, since its really easy to deal with them with accest to logs
