Law 5) You may NOT claim a building in which you are using the building but not using the building as it should. Ex: Claiming the diner, but not selling food. Claiming the police station, but not being a cop/jailing people. If evidence is found of this, your base could be police raided.

Interesting. So If I were to claim the military barracks as Summerside I would have to be selling military items or my base could get police raided? If I took over the laundromat, I would have be an armoursmith or my base could be police raided? If I took over the the mechanic's, I would have to sell cars, or I'd be police raided? I could go on, but I think you get the point

Moist, the barracks/military base does not count, It is a base, not a vendor. And yes, if you were to take over the mechanic, you'd have to follow the occupatioion this building has, which is mechanic and sell cars. IF you take over the grocer, you have to sell food. If you take over the pharmacy, you must sell medical items, ect ect.
