They can't fix regions due to being unable to place in them. Therefore 200k for "fixing the regions" is them just asking for free money. If they decay contact me/hardium/apples/classified/tasty in order to get them fixed.

It isn't, earlier today someone in the group salvaged the floors (we're trying to find out who), and now we have to salvage the entire region so that we can replace the floors. This stuff happens all the time.
