1. That is a given based on cops don’t like criminals
2. He could get a higher pay from drugs, kidnaps, loot, etc.
3. I thought that was dead, if not, it doesn’t seem to be as big anymore

5. Possibly, although usually the current mayor has a higher chance of winning, statistically
6. If he is a bandit, he could easily be saved by other bandits. Even if there aren’t any on, he could probably easily get away if he doesn’t let his guard down
Overall, bandit would be a decent switch. Kidnapper wouldn’t be bad as the police force on 13 is still there, but dying (i think). Drug lord would also be a good switch. needless i will steal all of your cars
