It's just who your friends with friends don't want to ban friends like I'm friends with mods and if I do somthing dumb I have even been told by a mod " I don't want to ban you but if you do somthing I'm sorry I will have to" and another mod that was my friend had a non biased mod ban me since he never wanted to hurt my feeling the mods aren't biased it may seem unfair of corrupt but they are doing their jobs

I think 13 is a toxic server more or less, because of the players. Mods really are limited to how much they can know or do. However, if you look at RP town, it is completely filled with raided buildings. It's really less RP and more survival.
