Well, first off, I had no time to read the sign and in the Miranda Rights, the suspect must agree to having their rights read to them. Also, the DPD only did a good job because of their quantity. If they only had 2 cops, I'm sure they would have done much worse.

Even though i was involved in this and do think its a bit silly. He does have the right to sue us, however I think this has to be put on hold for now. We do not have a court on 13 as of right now, so theres no point in continuing this until there is.

In Canada its more complicated, and the “arrest caution” varies from police force to police force and from province to province. This is a typical example;

You are under arrest for _________ (charge), do you understand?
You have the right to retain and instruct counsel without delay.
We will provide you with a toll-free telephone lawyer referral service,
if you do not have your own lawyer.
Anything you say can be used in court as evidence.
Do you understand? Would you like to speak to a lawyer?
Under the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms a person has the right;

to be informed promptly of the reasons therefor;
to retain and instruct counsel without delay and be informed of that right;
to have the validity of the detention determined by way of habeas corpus and to be released if the detention is not lawful.

That's canadian rights, Also pandahut does not stress that we even have to say nor use any part of the constitution,If this is placed in the cops rules i can understand this post Otherwise this post is irrelevant . This is not IRL its a game thats not put this into effect

Although this is not in the rules it also does not say we are not allowed to use it.
I fully place my trust in these officers thay they respect the law of their respective country.
RCMP Using Canadian law and the US Police using the American law.

If Chooi Kok pleases i will be his lawyer pro bono.
Meaning i will serve him free of charge. I will conduct my own investigation in the matter and will talk to each of the Officers involved.

I fully trust the Officers to give me reliable information and testimiones. Please just stick to the law.
