I, as Captain of PEPD, vote for Ragnar. This man is in touch with the police and safety issues that we face on a day to day basis. He and I have already sat down several times and covered multiple plans of action to help our police force, from the newest rookie RCMP to myself as a Captain.

I personally on my patrols have witnessed this man bring together entire communities and bring up thriving towns from literally nothing with their own economy with massive success. These communities have some of the lowest crime rates in PEI.

I cannot give this man enough praise, and I call all law abiding citizens, officers, and like minded individuals to support Ragnar as our next mayor.

Why people should vote for you: We need to start off RP in Hawaii strong. We need to start off winning. I can personally guarantee that all my plans will be carried out, I have very deep pockets. I have a good grasp for the map of Hawaii, I’m experienced, and I have smart ideas. Also, I am a man of business, not politics, so I know how to do things right.

Proposed Actions:

Make a SWAT base:
A protected location to store equipment, high profile vehicles, and to report to before deploying to raids. It’ll be classy, it’ll be amazing, believe me.

Make a HPD living facility:
I don't want officers forced to make their own base. I’ll make a residence and storage facility in a central location of Kailua Kona. It’ll be a safe place for loot as well as a quick location to report to before raids. This will be a HUGE win.

Raid Defense Procedures:
Kailua Kona, and Hawaii in general, is a spread out map, and raids will be happening a lot. There are some pretty experienced and coordinated bandits on the server. To combat this, we need a smarter, more organized effort to stop them. I will create a suggested procedure for HPD and SWAT members to defend against raids. Nothing too strict.
eg. /pr "All available officers report to HPD base, and SWAT report to SWAT base, deploying to raid in 30 seconds."
They’ll report to base, grab necessary gear, and deploy as a whole. This will be a TREMENDOUS advantage.

Traffic Laws:
Death by roadkill is out of control. We will put some basic traffic laws in place, nothing too strict. These will have a trial period.

1. Driving with headlights on at night- Makes it a lot easier to see cars that are coming. Nobody should have a problem following this, and just a simple warning to turn them on should do it.
2. Move Over Law- When you cops turn on your siren(during a chase, deploying to raid, etc.) civilians have to pull over or move to the side of the road so you can pass. If not, they could be arrested for obstruction of justice. This would be a HUGE help to law enforcement.

Budget:
Those are just the projects for #13. Mayors receive a large amount of money, and I'll be smart with it. A HUGE amount of money will be regularly sent to the HPD and SWAT, I guarantee this. It will be used to buy helicopters(important on this map), ground vehicles, and amazing equipment. What's left will be used to help aspiring businessmen like I once was to get on their feet and get started.

Why people should vote for you: I am non biased and do not segregate staff from players and will make sure the people are heard, and do not get pushed over by unfair laws that are only meant for the mayors group and not the community as a whole.
What are your plans: create RP towns that do not cause lag and are walled off. They will have free homes 3x3x3 homes for players inside the main RP town and free 1x1 shops for people to have and sell goods. These will bring a safe area for people to live in. I will give 150k bam to the police captain so he can built and fund his officers with a base and uniforms as well as an armory.

Personally my first act as president is to make sure each and every person will have a place to call their own.
