Thats because server is full, you can get a reserved slot by donating

what if I don't have anything to donate or anything? plus donating for a reserved slot wont fix anything it will cause problems for others and guess what even if the servers at 22/24 I STILL CANT JOIN!

plus its been more than 40 minutes now I don't have all day honestly idk how people stand having no queue and not getting to join for HOURS when I see people who are afk on the server with over 3 hours online and all they are is afk more than half the time they need a thing to kick afk people who are afk for more than 5,6 minutes or something and if ur on for longer than like 2 hours with no break and others are trying to join they should get kicked or told that they should prob leave so others can atleast get a small amount of time to play on their favorite server honestly I thought this was my favorite server until I find out I have to wait FOREVER just to get to play for like 5 minutes before crashing just to end up being told my only way to join easily without wait is to donate. I'm just tired man and I wanna play I see like 3 or 4 people with almost 4 hours of time when they have been afk most of that time

its been over an hour and a half now and I'm still unable to join! not one person has left and I see people with almost 4 and a half hours worth of time on the server when they have just been afk plus I try to join when servers at 23/24 but nope queue and server list is full I join at 22/24 same problem even when the people are using the reserved spots it dosnt let me join

End of the day, we simply need to inform our new players how to get a hold of mods, and have our mods ensure that they're PMing players that call /adminhelp so that they know their issue is being heard and will be dealt with.
