Public affairs ministers deals with the complaints of the people, Advisor would be the one that tells the mayor of the people's sityations, vice versa. I was simply telling him that, but Klockmann said that iMC does what he tells him. Also something pretty weird to me for some reason, why do you put "sponsored ad" as the PSD? They're not paying themselves to promote themselves, since they're being promoted for free. A sponsored ad would be me sponsoring your newsletter (paying you a certain amount every month), in exchange for cheaper or free advertisements. Like how the PSD paid my newspaper to include ads for them, in exchange for the price that was said.
