Regarding bases:

You need no permission to make a base at rp town as long as your base is 1 unit apart and 1 unit away from the road. BUT i do have a maximum limit of 15 bases per RP TOWN. My goal is to get 3 to 4 RP towns on the map so that we have different neighborhoods.

-Also when we have all 3 or 4 RP towns, im going to have a cleanliness challenge, the most good looking and free from FREE FORM BUILDABLES wins something (still planning what though).

This message is for Father_Fin. The reason I won't vote for you is because I built a house in RP town and you put a sign up telling me to move out because it would be destroyed. Now who would want a mayor that would do that? I sure dont. I also built another house that was NOT in RP town and I came back the next day and the who thing was gone. That was a wast of time. You didn't even do anything when that happened. If Father_Fin is elected mayor again I will do the biggest police shootout in Unturned. I will have a Zubeknakov with a ranger barrel and adaptive chambering and a red dot sight. Don't forget about body armor because I will have that too.

I di believe father fin was just followingthe old mayors ideas in respect to him because he backed out. We do not know yet what father fins laws will be but im sure it wont be like the last term. Either way, I respect father fin and we are good friends. We have different points of view. He wants a sky town. I want a real world on the server. And I want my laws to be enjoyable for every player and not for those who can benefit. Every player will have a base, and I am tempted to make a storage bank! A public bank that everyone has access too! With a teller, gaurd and all! Afraid you'll be raided and lose your precious rocket launcher, well, you can go to our items bank and deposit you valuable items there. I will place it inside the maximum security prison so raiding the bank will be dificult and I will personaly pay the gaurds for gaurding the banks! This is just a portion o an idea but lets see how it goes..

Those are just some new laws. I refuse to vote for Fin because of his laws. If Fin is mayor I will do a police shootout. But I don't think he will be mayor.

Father Fin's outrageous zoning laws got my base destroyed! and I could do nothing to help it! Do you really want that monster as your mayor?!

I don't like Fin either he got both of my bases destroyed which was a wast of time making.

In a few hours, someone will be declared mayor and father fin could still get that role. BUT if I get Mayor, I wil lfirst be closing off Belfast to Montague to place my first RP Town layout! Pre-made floors will be placed down and will server as your floor area if you want to make a base RP town will strictly be 4x3x3 which is 4 units wide, 3 units across and 3 stories up maximum with a pre-made base for example! Then I will start building Town Hall and the Maximum Security Prison and the mall! Also, two beach resort will be placed on the map, one will be @ Courtin isle and the other at cape rock! Fishing grounds will be @ Kensington and Souris as usual and our 3 malls will be located @ Belfast, Wellington and Alberton. Fresh meat and veggie market will also be available @ Fernwood! I will also have the military base made for the RCMP training grounds!

You guys want more amenities and attractions? List them down bellow so me and my team can decide what to add to our map!
