The rule is "no caps in world chat". Now, many long time staff members have told me/ confirmed that the rule is "No excessive use of Caps in World Chat" but when im playing on the RP servers (reason why this is in RP topic) many mods disagree? One mod "said" the rule was "No caps, not even once" (i got muted for 10 minutes for using caps once in Area chat), and others say the rule "No caps in world chat, not even once). This is really confusing because I always go to trust the long time members, the ones who are experienced and know what theyre doing, but when i listen to what they say the new staff members ban me (got excessive warnings which got me banned). I would like all the staff to sit down and have a nice talk about the rule really is because this is ridiculous.

The rule is:

One may not use capslock in an excessive way such as: "KOS HALP I GOT KOS" or "SHUT UP" or anything in thay way.
Using a capital letter to start a sentence is allowed.
Doing it once may lead to a verbal warning or a /warn.

"1.3 All forms of chat spam(including Cap Spam) are against the server rules." directly from the rules, i bolded spam

Please refer to rule: The majority of all moderated servers do not allow the use of caps, do not complain about a rule that might not be specified to your liking.
