In real life in wars, people get punished for messing with the international first aid/ red cross. Why not in here? How about if a doctor gets robbed, the bandit can be arrested for robbing an doctor (more important than civilians) (Subject to improvement)

Arrested how? Was that added into the server? Plus I thought you were saying cops were pretty corrupt, so how would this go about if the cops did go after a bandit for robbing a doctor?
