ok I've tried talking to all of you, you being admins, and moderators, I've applied and been told that i would be a great help to the servers on how i deal with issues between players. Ive also ran for mayor with the high hopes from supremods and mods to win. I had a 14 to 11 vote in favor of me. now explain why one map gets cool buildings and roles while Pandahut #13 is just shat on. We still can't access tires and batteries while 10 can. 10 gets mayors/governors, police headquarters, judges, mega building, etc. now i know the rules change but why limit one server and promote the other? If u have two servers run them equally. Ive been trying to say i want to help I've done all this before, but looking at what is happening, example i see more and more staff leaving and not caring anymore, you will lose donors and the reputation of pandahut will fall. I don't want to see this happen. Other rp servers go in-depth with the situation this game provides and we as players suffer when we can't enjoy rping. restrictions are necessary i get that, but when u don't allow things that players voted for it sends a clear message.

Technically they are two completely different servers under the same network. #13 used to have PEPD etc. Suggest ideas for #13 to become more popular to queen and she may take them on bored. I don't see either servers population droping due to this. But yeah

Both servers get taken care of equally, I recall adding tires and battery's on 13 also as it was the first server I have updated, although this might be a bug which I will look into, thank you for letting us know.

As for police headquarter's and stuff that's all up to the players, everything made on 10 was done by players, not higher-ups. We can't force people to create buildings and businesses as we wish, they must do it themselves. You may create your own police headquarters / court house and so on if you wish to.

Reason #13 does not have a Mayor cause the #13 Adminstrators know that a Mayor only lasts 2 weeks. They dont do anything. The Election of #13 between Madness and Angypork was so hyped! And Madness resigned in 2 weeks.

your right players make buildings but when did with a group of random players, i had my buildings wiped and was told it lagged when it never did. queenie was to talk to me about this whole ordeal that has been going on in 13. You say they are treated equally and it may not be dropping in popularity. but the quality of players have. I'm on the servers a lot and see more and more kids that just want to kill others its like u ban at least 20 ppl a day almost haha. The fact is we wanted it fair in 13 if 10 can get a mayor then 13 should be able to we voted as such toward the matter on the server and here. i remember the Police headquarters was made a safezone too for the players, thedonger had mentioned that high ups can do that for good creations but if we make nice things on 13 we are told to take it down or it gets wiped, has happened twice with me, and it was the same admin, name won't be said here because i believed from what music man had told me it was being dealt with yet nothing has happened.

I would've ran for #13 mayor. But yknow I was told no mayor for #13. So yknow, maybe next month.

13 and 10 are taken care of equally, as Ragna had said. Also, in case you haven't noticed, 13 has the PEPD, which was created to bring together its police and stop the bandits of the server. It is a public group which anyone can join. This gives a chance for new police to socialize with veteran officers, and learn from them. The group has a safezoned prison on O'Leary. No loot can be stored here, but beds are provided for the officers. The group has shown large success since it was formed, often times having 5 officers in the group on the server at a time. It is not uncommon for 1/3 of the server to be police in that group at once. As for mayor, the decision to deny the ability for mayor was decided from admins for the reason that not one single mayor has been active through an entire month without stepping down. We will be willing to hold an election next month, assuming there are enough running candidates who seem trustworthy enough to last an entire term. As for structures being wiped, we are aware of this issue, and the admin who you are likely referring to has been talked to and punished. I will not go into further detail on that. Also, myself and other important staff and trusted players are working on a system of rules that will be sort of a revamp for RP. If implemented it will likely change RP for the better. If you have any questions, comments, concerns, or ideas regarding either server, feel free to comment them or ask a staff member. As for structures being wiped, we are aware of this issue, and the admin who you are likely referring to has been talked to and punished. I will not go into further detail on that.
