What happened to #24 Modded RP?

Another failed project? Doomed to be a bad server? The servers are fuller than ever, we have been constably raising the bar for the definition of No KOS custom plugins etc. I can see other things could probably make a load more money. But I don't see what went so wrong.
If anyone at all could answer my question it would be great!

24 is now the best server of ph (from my pov) rust!

The reason #24 was made Loxton, was because there was so many people on #23 that no one else could join so they made #24 so more people can play the new rust server.

The 3rd RP server will still happen, we just used that server for now to make another rust server for the reasons that were stated by electricmeatball above.
