#10 New Law

Dear citizens of Washington!,
From tomorrw there is a new law in effect!
The law being:
-One person or group may not own an entire building, This excludes Police stations, Fire Houses, Normal Houses, Big Houses, Any type of store.
This does include the Mall, Appartment buildings, Skyscrapers and Office-Buildings!
This law has been made to encourage CEO's or any type of role wich builds a house and sells it, to get more space. Meaning multiple people will get to live in the Mall or Appartment-Building.
Meaning young and fresh enterpreneurs will finally get to make their dream come true to own a Mall or Appartment-Building! To be a land-lord and make money fast!
Any Appartment-Building or Mall wich is owned by one person or one group will be declared illegal under the Freespaceforall Act of 2017!
Meaning PD will have authorization to issue a warrent against the owner/owners. If, after being arrested,they refuse to remove parts of their base they will be subject to more jail-time and Police will be allowed to Police Raid it (Only do-able by Captain)
Law 2:
The 2nd law is:
One person or group may not build a base bigger then 3x3x3. This is to reduce lag across the server and make sure everyone can enjoy Pandahut #10 without lagging their butts off!
These laws will go in effect on 25-2-2017 00:00. GMT+1.
