Because of the new map wipe rule that rag has posted about, I'm afraid that the RPPD is not going to have enough money to support itself. We raised 2,000,000 bamboo at the last gala in January. The number has gotten down to 1,500,000. The reason why we got that money is because there was a member that wanted to be in the RPPD so bad, he paid the Mayor 2,000,000. I can only figure that if we have a gala again, I think we can only raise about 10,000 at least. We would have to have ten galas to equate to one RPPD building. 100k per building. I have done the math, if the rules say what the rules say it will do, the RPPD can rebuild itself about 7.5 times. Without Vehicles or Planes. We also need to pay members for being in it. So if the rules can be revised to being 3 weeks? I can understand that if cant.

I talked with Rag about this before and from what i understand he is gonna allow some people to Build Pre-set buildings (RPPD, White House, Gun Shop and Bank) on a server, wich he will load in every wipe on #10.

The main thing that the RPPD needs is not funding since the only thing we need to pay for is basically our base.. But also maybe vehicles but what RPPD do need are good quality officers and also some cells where we can keep people.

Thats a good point. Not sure if we need more different time zone members since no rppd member is ever in at night PST time (like 1 hour from forum server time).

PEPD on 13 is going to need to do the same thing. Rebuilding costs about 60-ish k, and that's been coming out of my pocket the past 2-3 times.
