the mods need to know the rules

i have read the rules and i know that only cops can stop robs. me and this guy were robbing somoeon and a guy comes out of nowhere and kills us and that guy was a bandit. we had robbed this guy for a while then got killed by this guy. the mod says anybody can stop rob but in the rules it says the cops are the ones that can. the mod then tells me that if i dont like the rules then i can post on the forums. its not that i dislike the rules its that i dont like that mods are always thinking they know everyhting. i have read the rules and i know that cops can stop robs not civillians.

As donger as stated everyone is able to stop a rob, you my have mistaken the rule robbing for arresting, in arrests only bandits can help bandits

Read the rules again, it clearly states everything you need to know.
