Starting a new company!

Hey pandas!
I will be starting a new company on the new Hawaii map! How it would work is that you request a spot here on this post, and you can buy a stall from me! It would be like a outlet mall. Rooms will be rented or permanently bought. I am looking for stable salespeople that will not fall into bankruptcy in a while.
Rooms
2 by 2, prices will be:
-2k a week(assuming you make 500 a day)
-10k permanently ( assuming you make 50k in 4 months)
4 by 4, prices will be:
-5k a week(assuming you make 5k a day)
-50k permanently (assuming you make 100k in 4 months)
6 by 6 prices will be:
-10k a day (assuming you make 20k a day)
-150k permanenty (assuming you make 200k in 4 months)
There will also be maintenance fee for the gas, sentries, and such.
-2x2 is 100 a day
-4x4 is 200 a day
-6 by 6 is 400 a day
If these payments are not made EXACTLY one week your store would be removed.
If you want to reapply write another comment on this post. You would need to pay your debt if you want to reapply, After 3 strikes you will not be able to apply anymore.
All raids that happen in this mall will be covered by me, so maintenance fee is needed to support the rebuilding of the building.
