Morning, afternoon or evening, my ign is "i3sheep" and I wish to address the staff members, more specifically the lack of them. Ok! So over the past 3 days I've seen around 5 Mass KOS'ers get banned and it takes the staff a good 30mins to 1 hour to get on after it happens. I've done my best to spam staff and beg them to get on (Only ones who ever damn respond have been: Kazum, Flopdup, i4sheep and instagaming.) I do understand that the staff may be busy but it pisses me off when I leave to #13 to find staff and find half the people I've begged to get onto #10 cause of a Mass KOS god damn RP'ing on #13... Like are you for real? There is legit a MASS KOS and you are still fucking RP'ing on #13 after i've asked for you repeatedly on steam? Cmon thats not good and shows you don't give half a shit about the community and have not the least respect to even come and check it out. I know this may sound like I'm attack or offending the staff but god damn it! If this is what it takes I'll go the lengths. Just please respond or just damn reply to my msg's on Steam if I'm legit begging and giving good reasons for you to get on. Thanks for reading and lock this if you feel it's wrong but Staff not helping after a Mass KOS? I don't feel that is acceptable by our prestigious staff to be ignoring something that severe.

Hey i3, so sorry about this. The Pandahut staff have all different timezones and currently, we are doing another round of mod applications as we speak. Hopefully, we shall be getting extra TrialMods to help out during the Night time and Day time. If you ever do see a Mass KoS please use our Discord or Teamspeak, if the mods are in-game and ignoring then they may be dealing with the situation or just AFK. If a Moderator ignores you in game please report them in a Staff Report or personally to an admin or a Supermod and they will address them privately. I personally recommend recording all game proceedings so we can restore any killed players and ban that KoSer without any fuss or confusion.

There is a player reports sub-forum there for such occasions as this. Dealt with daily and it takes the work load off staff in-game

Hey Man, We Currently Hardly have staff on at Some times. Were Currently trying to fix our Lack of Staff Inactivity and improve Staff Skills with Helping players. The staff we mostly have on now are Sometimes busy but Yes 30 Minutes TO a Hour is Long! But the More you spam them they might think its a Random Player Spaming KOS But all you need to do is Use /AdminH And /pm Staff currently on if not! Use our Discord and TeamSpeak! we Mostly have alot of staff on TS And Discord like me! Thank you for Submiting this. This post truly helps us on how we need More Active staff. Thanks
