New HPD Headquarters!

Hello citizens of Hawaii, I promised during the election new facilities/headquarters for the HPD. Today, I made new headquarters located just outside Kailua Kona, featuring a garage with 8 car spots and 4 helipads, along with a new living facility. Also, these are safezoned so you don't have to worry about your beds getting destroyed(thanks Dutchy!). I claimed the area so nobody can abuse it by placing lockers.

I was going to make a sentry-guarded storage facility(non-safezoned of course), however I haven't seen many officers on in the PEPD group, usually only 1-2 at a time, so it would most likely be raided quickly. If I start to see more members on in the group(link if you don't know), I will build this. In the mean time, enjoy your new facilities!
