I'm just saying there's one rule that definitely need to be altered. For starters when robbing, and in almost every situation you aren't allowed to shoot the person you're robbing even if they pull a gun out at you, and until they shoot you directly they have to hit you. Even if they miss and don't hit you its still KOS. I feel that rule should be changed or altered in a way. I've heard stories from people who almost or had gotten banned because of this rule, and any of the time 5 times I've gotten banned they've been surrounding this rule. Just voicing my opinion

What do you mean you can't shoot them if they pull a gun out at you? Yes you can. If you called a robbery on somebody then they pull a gun out you are allowed to kill them as per clearly stated in the rules. You are not however allowed to kill them if they had a weapon out already when you called the robbery on them.

I was banned on november 2016 by peppermin bark but not 100% sure. Atill i don't want to get someone in trouble or demoted but the mods that have banned for this should be talked to

I'm pretty sure it might have been royal banna, and abstract shadow has banned me for such a thing

I have never banned someone for killing someone during a robbery if the person being robbed pulls out a weapon. It may have been an instance where there was no rp event, and someone shoots at another player but doesn't hit him. This causes the person being shot at to get scared and kill the attempt KOS'er. In these cases, I still do not give bans, I warn the player to wait until they are shot so the evidence is more abundant because I understand the situation that they are in.
