RP Extremely Strict Police Group

Hello boys and girls , I am finally back from school and a very needed break! Now that I am back I am very interested in starting up a strict police group with very strict requirements to enforce the hardcore ROLEPLAY of this group that I am creating such as my old groups that I previously use to own such as HPF , SERT etc. name or requirements have not been created yet but I am looking for any higher ups in the RCMP / police roles such as chiefs , deputy's or even captains to help me run this group. I renaldo am currently a captain on both RP servers. I am very interested in seeing / hearing some ideas! So put them below. I need ideas on names , bases , co-operations with other groups etc. Feedback / any thoughts will be read so chuck them down below! Great to be back!

Good luck there are 2 police groups that are dominate for both servers!

will it be actual rp or just doing /arrest everytime someone is doing something illegal and shooting him at any chance you get? if so, dont even bother to make this police group as everyone already does that.

This group is going to be specifically designed to take execute emergency types of "Police work" such as , raids , hostage situations. Its going to be basically an emergency police force that is very strict about rules / requirements.

Cheers , but I am more interested in making my own "EMERGENCY type of group" as I have done it most of the time in the past.
