Rp and raiding

I think raiding should be limited on rp, and heres why. Quite a few people (like myself) came on rp to be able to build a base without it being raided within the hour, but yet that is still the case. Far to many people come onto the server for specific purpose to raid. I know its something that cant be diminish eintirely, but perhaps increase the cooldown timer of it to 24 hours instead of 1 hour. Doing that will hopefully increase a bases lifespan ( yes, even the low teir wood ones) and maybe have fewer bandits and more people with passive roles (builder farmer weaponsmith ect.) Thanks!

LOL what do u think the bandits will be doing 1 /Raid and then /Rob every 15 (not only they wont have stuff to do but waht will they do bettwen those moments?

If we were to increase the timer even more(it was 30 minutes before) that would cause even more lag than there is curently on the servers, becouse no one can raid bases which means more structures on the map which means more work for admins, and no one wants that do they?

I think you are missing the point, im not saying to completely get rid of raiding or the purpose of being a bandit. Im asking to limit it so its not just a raid/rob/pvp mayhem. Bases on here dont even last a day, and for most people thats not very fun since base building is a large aspect to the game. (i know raiding is to, but when it gets to a point that your unable to build a simple 1x1 shack because of it then i think its gone to far.)

To add on, even raided bases dont get wiped right away. They sit there for days at a time. There is also /buildstatus that im pretty sure many people go above so maybe enforcing that rule more can allow raid have a higher cooldown without being more laggy.

Build status is curently being worked on, and we simply can't put the raid timer to 1 day, all a bandit does is raid and rob, that's the point of the role, if we were to remove raiding, we can just remove the role itself.

I believe if it had a day cooldown, people would just use alternate accounts to raid with, no one would like this. Or groups of bandits would just raid a base 1 by 1 each player raiding one at a time.

Agreed this would cause no problems, people would just false raid then get banned.
Actually let's remove base building and keep raiding.
