I strongly believe that after a robbery you should be able to attempt to kill the people who robbed you; but as i found out this is against the rules. At about 5:15 mountain standard time i was robbed on the pandahut #10 role play server. So i decided to hide a cobra in my inventory slots that where not in my clothing. After i dropped all my gear but my cobra the robbers told me to run away. So i ran behind a building pulled out my cobra and started shooting at the robbers. I killed one but the other robber killed me. After about five minutes after death a mod by the name of ayo snipes teleported to me. He told me that i was not aloud to kill the people after robbery's and that he would kick me. I argued and said "but they never said, robbery over". He said that this did not matter. Shortly there after i noticed that ayo was in the same group(ARK) as the robber, and this made me think back to another incident that occurred about 30 minutes before this one. I was in Seattle about to take off in a helicopter with another police officer, when I noticed what appeared to be a robbery. So of course, as a cop i went to investigate. So i told the armed assailant to drop his weapon and he proceeded to shoot the person he was robbing. After that i immediately killed the assailant and the other police officer i was with shot me. Shortly after that i found out that the reason I was killed was because the officer and the bandit where friends who where both in the ARK group. After this happened the only mods that where on where all in the ARK group. There where about four moderators/admins on the server and they where all in the ARK group. It took about 20 minutes for all four of them to resolve this issue and all that happened was a one day ban on the officer who killed me. Overall I feel as if the moderators where extremely bias towards there group members. Moving forward I think that you should be able to attempt to kill the robbers after robbery's and that moderators and admins of a group should not be aloud to decide punishment for other people in there group.

I feel like the mods/admins should treat everyone with the same respect so +1 dude I will tell Miku about this.

Ok. Let me say this. I am not biased towards any group. Can I not be in a group with friends? Can I not role play? And I did resolve it. I had to check the logs to make sure everything was correct. I had to verify that Magsnetik was a police officer. In the end we did ban him. He only had a one day ban because I believe that was his first offense towards the server. Also, your information is false. Only Soulhunter and I were part of ARK. Eric Prince and Jayy were not. I do apologize for the time it took but you need to be patient because we're seeing if its justifiable to ban someone. I didn't ban you because I thought you were going to speak to Rag about the robbery and it was a warning. Patience is key. Don't try to blame us for bias because we're not. In the end of the day we still concluded to banning him.

It maybe that i am in the ARK group, It doesn't meant that i am biased in anyway, and would ban someone, if a ban is necessary. I disagree with your final statement, because of this.
