As you all know, the end of my term is near. I faced several roadblocks, and wasn't able to reach all my goals, however that is not the point of the post. With the last 3 days of the term, I plan to leave the city in the best condition possible for the next mayor.

Here are my plans for these few days:
1. Provide city wide power and lighting. Along the main road, I plan to station industrial gens, possibly featuring pumpjacks to refill your gens/cars.
2. Build several small shopping centers. These will effectively be strip malls just a few shops to purchase where you can relax. These will be nicely landscaped.
3. Build several apartment buildings. This will clean up the city, as one building with many residents means less bases. These will be nicely furnished.
4. Make people start to build garages. As police you can destroy cars blocking streets even slightly, so enforce it. Excess cars junk up the city. I will begin to construct several free garages for public use.

As a city we shouldn’t look towards the past but the future. I hope these acts will leave the city ready for the next mayor to work on. Also, if you wish to fund an apt building/ strip mall I will name it after you :D

Good on you Yung. You have been a lovely mayor and it's a shame to see you go. By the way I can donate 1-1000 dollars for a mall. Maybe that would afford a door? lol it's probably not enough for the whole mall. Depends how much it is I could donate 5k (?) for my name on a mall? Anyways city-wide lighting would be a great idea, as would garages to store all my white vans. Anyway, sorry to see you go yung, best wishes.
