Do you really think you're innocent? Honestly answer the question. What you did is try to get to ballsy and try to push the limits then whenever you get banned you act innocent. Also you should stay perma banned HiddenV2 you were banned for abusing your powers. Also don't try to act dumb I know it's you.
You should be careful who you tell who you're if you wanna keep it secret.

He appealed and his appeal got declined

I saw the appeal i found this case interesting. If i were that mod i would have warned him and them perma him if he does it again but not a straight perma.

But idk i am not a mod just my point of view
