Recently, me and some other members of the police force came up with a way to have more elite officers in the RCMP force. We brainstormed a academy that will rank individuals on their Pvp Skills, how to handle police situations, Driving/Flying Skills, etc. You will be ranked on a 1 to 10 scale, 10 being the best and 1 being the worst. The higher ranked you are the more privileges me and the other higher up police roles will give you, such as if me and Captain Slushy are police raiding we will ask you to join us. On the other hand if you rank lower than you wouldn't come with us as often and be stuck patrolling. To sign up for this academy you must contact me SSSgt.Killz or Hardium to be invited to the group. Also if any police officers lack in their field, they will be forced to join the academy and train with other trainees. I thought it would be a good idea to put this idea out into the public, so it would generate some attention and maybe even gather some new police officers. Thank you for taking a look.

This Academy will be located between Stratford and Alberton, you will be notified where exactly when your in the group.

I agree with this idea. This will also educate more players on how to properly be a police officer, as well as hopefully lower crime and robbery rates due to players being properly trained and prepared for those situations.

I already tried this idea. I built a little police school taught a couple officers got off wake up it's raided.

Great idea! Be sure to put signs saying that there's no loot inside the training facility, to discourage raiders, and I also have a question. Police from all groups are allowed in right? So you could have people from the SAS training along sides Klockmanns group, and then they are returned to their respective groups? Or is this an individual group?

Tell me if you need any help with the building of the base as I would definitely be excited to help and see the police force become stronger and become one unit.
