Hello everyone.

I am Captain Klockmann, and i have discovered that we have a huge problem, and i recently discovered this because my own group co-leaders left because it got boring.

A lot of experienced and good RCMP's and RCMP's leaders are having "breaks" and leaves the policerole.
This is a huge problem for the balance of lawenforcement & outlaws.
I don't want to say names but 2 of my co-leaders are having "breaks" same with another deputy on 13. I just think their need to be rules about this.

A lot of people just want to have fun, and i do understand that. i think we need to do the RCMP role more fun. And i think we can do that if we make it a whitelisted system with more ranks, this will get more people to fight for it, and they will not loose interest. (trust me, they will work hard). Then people who thinks it is getting boring they can't just rejoin again.
I think we need a top-leader, who will control the whitelisted cops, and will get RCMP's to fight for it.

We really need this! If we want more serious police then we need to do this!! I suggest we do this whitelist-test on #13 for 2 weeks. Then the admins can rethink if it works or not.

If we do not act, all the good RCMP's will leave the policeforce because of:
1.Inactive officers.
2.Boring roleplay
3.No administration in the leadership.
4.No command.
5.No teamwork.

We need to change this!

What do you think? I think the law enforcement struggles a lot, and we can't fix this if we don't stick together NOW!

I 100% agree with this. Many of the old well known deputies I knew became inactive or quit unturned in general. This same situation is happening on Pandahut 10 as well. To be honest its actually way worse than your situation Klockman. It has only been me, Deputy Ragequit, and Chief Purpleman taking the role of leadership. At least you have CeralBowl on 13 to help. Something needs to be done fast.

I didn't realise this was a problem but it is 100% true. Months ago there were a lot of deputies that came back from the drought. I feel like they left again. Props from Dropwater again haha.
