Am I Banned and If so Why?

Everytime i try to join any Pandahut pvp server it says "You are already playing on another server" . Someone told me this means i am banned and if so can a moderator and or admin tell me why?

Just close unturned or restart your pc if that doesn't work, I'm pretty certain you're not banned, I received that message a few times too but it stopped after closing unturned.
Also you posted this on the wrong section

Yeah i just found out i posted it in the wrong place and I already tried restarting my pc, Steam, and unturned.Doesnt work
